Great hotel located in the city center near Old Town Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was delicious. We will be back again!

Room wasn'r cleaned every day. Towels were very hard and old. One towel actually had a large hole in it from years of use.

This property is need of physical plant upgrades, specifically in bathrooms and decor. In addition, our room faced a deserted plaza and busy street, and there was significant noise from the street one night of our stay. Beds were fine, but older. However, the front desk staff could not have been more helpful. A special thank you to Michał, who helped me plan a train trip to Katowice, helped me print my tickets. and introduced me to a great app, Portal Pasażera, which helped me locate the proper platform and side on which my train was going to arrive. This was a great help throughout the rest of my stay in Poland. He also told me about a great restaurant for classic Polish food, Wiejskie Jadło. Also thank you to another of the front desk staff, with glasses and black hair, who talked to us about Ryczywół, and other places in the countryside we intended to visit by car. Thank you, also to another young lady, a member of the front desk staff, with long brown hair who told us about Ratuszova, a restaurant with hunting murals all over the basement walls. This was a special dining experience. The breakfast bar was packed with carefully made selections, small salads, vegetables, as well as the standard fare. My compliments to the chef who does all this from scratch I was told. There was construction in the area, which made walking to restaurants a maze of plywood and chain link fences, but hopefully this will be completed soon.

A Really Fantastic Hotel with great staff
Great hotel really lovely staff and the breakfast is fantastic. We got some amazing advice on where to go from the bar lady and it made the trip to Poznan even better. Would highly recommend this hotel it’s on a great location too

Rubber mats needed for getting out of shower or bath, floor can be slippery small towel not to good for job you can get sky news on the tv but would be better if you could get bbc world news on, breakfast ok 7/10, fried eggs, bacon, baked beans, banana's and apples on the menu would be fantastic, manageress and reception staff excellent cleaners are helpfull and smile yours truly leslie halsall st helens england stayed 10/07/2023 3 nights and stayed 04/07/2023 for 4 nights i have stayed 3 times now and will stay again in the future

A very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and good quality products. Good location, close to the old town and central square. Not that far from the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Staff always available to help and friendly.

The staff interacted with were extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent – attractively laid out with an extensive variety of foods. My room was spacious and comfortable. The floors and baseboards were worn but didn’t affect my stay and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The only real drawback was the street noise that could be easily heard. My room was on the side of the building with the tram. There was also a metal plate, somewhat like a manhole, that would clang when driven over. I ended up using ear plugs and it was fine. Overall, a pleasant stay and the location was convenient for me.

Great hotel
Great hotel. Excellent location, nice spacious room, good service. Very happy with our stay. Only slight niggle is the breakfast room - its too cramped so you end up squeezing past everyone. Less bulky furniture would help open up the space

The bed was dirty, filled with hairs. Had to check three rooms before finding a somewhat decent and clean room. One room even had a broken nail on the bathroom sink. The staff were not helpful in solving the issue. Very old hotel which was probably of high standard back in the day but has not been maintained.

Great Poznan
From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. The check in staff very friendly, knowledgeable. The gitel eoom was very spacious and cimfortable. Water and toiletries replenished daily. Very centrally located. The breakfast was great, even gluten free bread, advised at check in. No complaints at all. Thanks to all the staff

Great location but hard mattress.
Very good location just 5 mins from old town by foot. Breakfast ok with plenty of choice but not a huge overwhelming selection. The rooms are ok and clean but the bed was uncomfortable as the mattess was hard . The rooms are cleaned daily with top ups of shower gels etc .

Good Option in Central Poznan

the room was nice and clean, the breakfast is tasty specially the cakes ,overall its very good, apart of the beds not comfy, they making noise when u moving, we stayed in two single beds room, only mention that for improvement definitely will come back again :)
