Pet fee is $75 per reservation, covering up to two pets. This fee does not include the removal of excessive pet hair from furniture or poop clean-up. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. The house is perfect for large groups. The outdoor area with a pool, spa, and plenty of entertainment options like a game room with billiards and arcade games kept everyone entertained in the family. The location is quiet and safe, and the property was well-maintained. The owner was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We were having a family Thanksgiving on Thursday and needed a place to store refrigerated food and start preparations. The host told us we could enter the property at 10 AM. The cleaning crew was not informed and told us we could not enter. We had to bulldoze our way in and waste most of the day sitting around doing nothing like a homeless family. When we finally got inside the property, the clothes dryer was unplugged and the vent was disconnected. The clothes washer was loud as a jet engine and full of WET SHEETS! We wasted another day cooking and preparing food, plus 2 birthday cakes for our grand children. We were supposed to occupy the home from Monday to Monday, but we could not really start our vacation until Wednesday evening. The kitchen only had a few bowls and small plates, and very few soup spoons. Instead of having a full vacation, we had to overcome the annoying shortcomings that kept on plaguing this rental. ##### Don H. No hot water in the the house on arrival. I had to wait an hour past my check in time for the cleaning crew. Hot tub barely works, the pool is actually a above ground pool one of the bedrooms is in the garage this place has an uncomfortable amount of mirrors, cob webs and spiders all around the property bring your tools and be ready to use them.
