It is located in the parish of Furnas, São Miguel Island, a few meters from Poça da Dona Beija (200 m), a type of SPA with hot thermal waters, which delight everyone who visits it. A little further away (500 m), there is the Terra Mostra Botanical Garden and Lagoa das Furnas (1.5 km), on whose banks "O Cozido das Caldeiras" is made.
