GUESTH4U- Design & Charm features 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with a private bathroom and a kitchen that opens up into a bright living room. We can welcome up to 8 people. Our apartment is decorated with care and Netflix services and wifi are included. The metro station to go to Porto is just nearby. GUESTH4U- Design & Charm is located on the 3th floor of a 5 story apartment building with a lift. GUESTH4U- Design & Charm is an entirely renovated apartment with quality materials. You will have access to 3 spacious bedrooms, in which there is 1 master bedroom with a double bed (160\*200) + 1 matress (140\*190) with its own bathroom and toilet (around 18m²). The 2 other bedrooms are around 15m² and each has a double bed (160\*200) and a shared bathroom (around 5m²) with a large shower, sink, and toilet. Our living room also has a comfortable sofa, allowing us to host up to 8 people maximum in the apartment. Our TV has direct Netflix access. Our kitchen is equipped with a bar space including 4 bar stools and is totally equipped with : a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all of the necessary kitchen utensils that you will need to prepare your own meals. Our dining room has a beautiful glass dining table that can seat comfortably up to 8 people. Our apartment was recently renovated in March 2019 and has been decorated with care and entirely equipped for a trip between family or friends ! The linens for the apartment will be at your disposal. You will have access to the entire apartment. Ideal for 6-8 people baby & child included Situated on the 3st floor of a 5 story apartment building Guest House 4U is completely at your disposal to accompany you before, during, and after your stay. If you need advice or a guide, booking we will be at your disposal. For all specific requests, we can also offer you a private concierge (additional cost). You’re only 10 minutes away on foot from the beautiful beaches of Povoa de varzim, the casino, supermarkets, and the historical heart of the city. Everything that you could possible need or want will be just nearby ! Parking spaces in the street are free. On the same block as the apartment there is a small supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, restaurants, and a café. At only 1km away from the apartment are the following supermarkets : LIDL / PINGO DOLCE / CONTINENTE The neighborhood is calm and safe. You will have absolutely nothing to worry about. You are only 5 minutes away on foot from the Povoa de varzim metro station which offers direct access to Porto in just 40 minutes. The metro will also take you to a number of other stops. You are close to highways that will allow you to easily visit Porto and its surroundings At Guest H4U, we like to be hosts, we guarantee that we will do our best to help you have a good experience in our home. If our flat is not available, don't forget to find another flat in Guest H4U by clicking on Isa's profile. Do you have a special request? A birthday, a honeymoon, a proposal,... don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you. Our hotel service includes cleaning on departure. For stays of more than 7 nights, the exchange of sheets and towels is possible at 45 euros/week. Arrival is possible between 16:00 and 19:00\. Departure is between 8am and 10:00am. Additional fees, which apply outside these times: Arrivals between 19:00 and 20:30 € 15 / between 20:30 and 22:00 € 25 / from 22:00 onwards: on request from € 50. Mandatory city tax (since January 1st, 2023): 1.50€/night/person to be paid in cash on arrival. Our private driver service welcomes you at the airport. Do not hesitate to contact us for prices.
