I was disappointed that the pool was shut down. That is why I booked the hotel. Also the hotel had a fire drill or fire evacuation in the late evening. I feel that while that was clearly not the hotels fault. I feel for the pool being down I should get some type of of a discount or a significant future discount.

Room was very dirty. Several hairs in the bed and in shower. Cigarette butts under the bed side dresser. Air conditioning was faulty. TV streaming app was non functioning. When brought to the attention of front desk associate “Nick”, he was very dismissive, rude, and began assisting a different customer while I am speaking to him. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed. Highly not recommended.

It was close to where we needed to be and places we knew. The main parking was limited and the back area seemed a little unsafe.

I was totally pleased with the facility and the staff. I do not know why the holiday inn express does not receive higher ratings as far as stars ago. The facility was clean, well stocked with everything you needed, friendly, staff, and plenty of parking.

The manager Nike is present and engaged with his clients. Clean rooms, eveything works, including hot tub, in room HVAC. The hotel literally has a backdoor to a really good diner with attentive staff. By chance i found out Sloop brewery was close to the hotel also. Would recommend highly. I booked last minute getaway thru expedia and it was a homerun. Thanks !

Was looking for some place to stay at to visit West Point was charged $448 for one night..That was an exorbitant amount for a Holiday ini express..I felt like they hike the price up because there is not alot competors when the school is having major events..It was awful..The pull out bed had s stain on the mattress..The drive is really scary coming back from West point at night.
