A no frills hotel with outstanding value and a great place to stay in the New Paltz, NY area. Stayed there for four nights with my wife while visiting family in the area. Our room and bathroom was very clean and I was amazed that the beds were made every day and towels swapped out too. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is just ok, but when I go away I look for overall cleanliness, well functioning bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet) and appliances (mini fridge and coffee maker) and comfortable beds. This checked all of those at a great price.

The place was a bit outdated. But the staff was incredibly friendly. The place and rooms were really clean. Continental breakfast was basic but served its person. We would stay there again.

Extremely clean. Furniture a little beat up but who cares??? Friendly and courteous staff. Cute continental breakfast with nice seating area. Definitely would stay again.

My apartment flooded and I stayed here one night. It was a comfortable stay. Staff was nice. Has a nice decor and ambiance. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. I had no complaints. Thank you to the staff.

True to the name
We stayed in many motels on our three-week trip, and this was indeed the "best value". Clean rooms, decent breakfast (good coffee!), good design and even the art on the walls wasn't terrible!
