Not great
Ok hotel. Suited us for what we needed but would be disappointed if we’d booked it for a weekend away. Room was very small with no drawers- again, fine for what we needed, but wouldn’t want to stay longer than 1 night. My biggest issue was the cleanliness. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned after the last person was in there. Smears all around the bowl. Properly disgusting and made me really uncomfortable about what else hadn’t been cleaned. If we’d had time I would have asked to be moved but it was a case of get in, get changed, get back out again. The staff were a bit odd. Cleaners in the lift with us bitching about their job and saying they wish they’d called in sick that morning- like, what the hell??!! Such a shame as other Village hotels are brilliant but this was not and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Small room, No view just a box Sorry coffee machine Music from Xmas party heard in rooms past midnight. Lots of dust behind TV Overall poor room Good gym, good staff
