Situated in Commercial Road, Sovereign gate is a Commercial Unit beautifully refurbished into 2 apartments over 2 floors. This property is a modern 2 bedroom apartment. In the City Centre, walking distance the Gunwharf Quays and a short drive to the seafront, Southsea shopping and nightlife, we believe the accommodation is ideal for contractors and travellers alike.

Guest access is self-check-in via key safe. To the right of the front door of the property, you will find 2 key safes. The safe on the right nearest the entry keypad, is for Apartment 2. The code for the key safe will be sent to you 48 hours before check-in, please ensure keys are returned to the key safe on Check-out.

At Sovereign Gate we offer check in from 3pm and no earlier unless otherwise agreed and check out no later than 11am.

Providing all the comforts of a modern hotel, with free super fast wifi, flat screen smart TV, high quality beds and furnishings and hotel quality linen, we also provide all the facilities needed to cook at home. The nearest NCP carpark is a 2 min drive away. It's just a 10 minute drive to Southsea beach and the South Parade Pier, as well as Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. A leisurely 30 stroll will take you into Gunwharf Quays with its vast selection of designer outlets, restaurants, bars, cinema, coffee shops and an eclectic mix of high street shops dotted around a beautiful marina.

A 10 minute drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions. Also in close proximity, is the Pyramids Centre Swimming Pool and Gym, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park.
