Second time I have stayed here - nice big rooms, really comfy bed, very clean and staff are lovely. Breakfast was very nice too. Only negative is thay parking can be a challenge, but managed to get parked on the street a short walk away both times. The hotel provides permits for parking FOC.

Nice Hotel
Nice clean room, my room was a little small, but comfy none the less, Make sure you book parking as the side street are very narrow and double yellow lines. The food was excellent!

Beautiful hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Location was ideal. Dinning was a bit expensive but saying that, it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Quite and comfortable
Hosts were great. We arrived late and they were there to greet us. Rooms were fantastic and the location was quite. It’s feel like a neighborhood and more like apartments than a hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The best hotels in Southsea!
One of the best groups of hotels in Southsea for sure - the team are always welcoming, wonderful and attentive. Always use them where I can - you should to!

Delightful boutique hotel
A really lovely boutique hotel- beautiful room and spotless bathroom. Breakfast had great choices and was delicious. The on site restaurant " Gardens" was good too.

Great location and really nice restaurant. We booked for dinner and had the included breakfast and it was excellent. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. The downside is that we were there in a heat wave with two small children and the top floor room was unbearably hot and there was no ventilation. Also the room had no fridge - which meant we struggled with the baby’s milk. I had to go out and find UHT milk for the middle of the night feed. So I think it’s great for couples (perhaps not in a heat wave) and lovely restaurant, but tricky for families with small kids who maybe need a way to keep kids milk and snacks fresh.

Thank you for staying with us and your kind comments about staff, breakfast and the restaurant. As noted we are currently in an unprecedented heat wave. We don't have in room fridges but could easily have stored your milk in our fridges and had our 24 hour staff bring it to you as required at whatever time necessary. We are sorry to only find out in the post stay review online that you struggled with this as the problem would have been quickly resolved by speaking with staff day or night. We hope to welcome you another time.

Lovely group of boutique hotels
Lovely group of boutique hotels joined together very close to the beach. A few restuarants and bars within walking distance of our hotel. It was about a 30 mins walk into Portsmouth Dockyard. It was lovely to find a boutique hotel that accepted dogs. Hotel restaurant was nice, if not a bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was lovely but it did depend upon which waitress served us as to the options you got - a little bit of inconsistency. Our first evening stay (Friday night) was very noisy. Lots of young people shouting outside as they walked past the hotel. Kept getting woken upon throughout the night. The other two nights were quieter thankfully. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were decorated lovely but a bit on the small side! They were very bijoux! Location was great, and it was great for us that our dogs were allowed and welcomed. We would stay here again.

Great Hotel
Have stayed here before and will stay again. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious; breakfast was excellent though expect wait time at peak periods. Slight niggle was lack of conditioner in shower (it had run out) but this does not detract from the otherwise excellent service. Main challenge is parking as hotel parking is very limited, leaving on-street choices which are also very limited and can be remote from the hotel, though the hotel provides parking permits for this.
