Cosy, comfortable chalet "Skye Garden Accommodation", detached. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Portree, in a secluded, quiet position, 500 m from the lake. Wildlife garden and flowers. Private: patio, garden furniture, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop "Portree" 1 km. Nearby attractions: Dunvegan Castle and Garden 36 km, Old Man of Storr 10 km, Uig Outer Hebrides Ferry 25 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
"Skye Garden Accommodation", 2-room chalet on the ground floor. Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom with veranda with 1 double bed. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Heating. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Lovely Garden Cabin with Lake View
This darling cabin on the outskirts of Portree is perfect for a romantic getaway. Comfortable with a nice sitting area to view the lovingly tended garden full of flowers and birds. Comfortable bed with great pillows and a very good shower. 10-minute walk into town but removed enough for a quiet night sleep. David was delightful and we enjoyed talking with him and meeting his pup, Tara. Highly recommend this gem of a spot for exploring Skye!
