With its rustic simplicity, this charming villa in the countryside of Portoferraio will endow your holiday with a deep serenity. Surrounded by 1200 m² of its own garden and partly fenced, in a rural environment yet only a few minutes by car from the sea as well as the capital city of the island, Violet is the “cottage” for those who love silence and Nature, without however having to drive a long way to the sea (10 minutes by foot to Prade Beach). We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it. Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! We will apply our special rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere. Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you a simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs! Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. Pretty villett of about 90 square meters is on the ground floor and consists of: living room with dining area and kitchenette, bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with tub. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs for relaxing and eating. !!! This sistemation provides for a maximum weekly water consumption corresponding to 5 cubic meters, exceeding this threshold the customer is required to pay a supplement of € 5 per cubic meter consumed more. Das Objekt sollte dringend renoviert werden. Insgesamt macht das Objekt einen etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck. Ein Regal mit einer großen Anzahl an teils recht alten Bücher, die offensichtlich auch nie von Staub befreit werden, gehört in dieser Form nicht in ein Ferienhaus.
