I didnt like it. Let me start; need change all towels because rag and yellow towels, need clean shades, window rails with mold, food at restaurant terrible i had wait almost 1/2 hour an salty except for breakfast, staff need to be more friendly with tourists. No attitude. You fell youre not welcome. I have proof about mold windows and curtains dirty. Thats why im giving the score.

This hotel was in a great location to catch a cruise! There is a shuttle that takes you right to the ship! Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the colon free zone with tons of shopping! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

Hotel is conveniently located to port. While the outside has been updated, the rooms have not. Our bathtub had a hole in it, shower head was only 4 1/2 feet in the air, water leaked everywhere from the tub. The sink area was not clean and had stains from cleaner being sprayed on it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very average hotel near the port, but Colon is not a nice place. It's dirty and falling down. This is no longer a Radisson but a Choice hotel, as per the receptionist. The lobby and bar area are dark and dingy. Room service food was below adequate. Note - if you are getting on a ship don't stay in Colon the night before. Drive up from Panama City etc.

The hotel served its purpose. My stay was a short one and the location was not too far from the cruise ship terminal. The hotel definitely felt older, but it was clean. As I walked around the immediate surroundings, I felt a bit uneasy. I did see a shady character or two, but I also saw police officers, which certainly made me feel better and alleviated my initial apprehension.

Its a few blocks away from one of the entries of Colon Duty Free Zone, so if you are staying there for business is the best option. On the other hand, the dining menu of the hotel is very limited, I think they could improve that.

It is an excellent Hotel with an Excellent location, very close to the Royal Caribbean Cruise port entrances. Upon arrival, We were warmly welcomed by the friendly Staff at the reception desk. Very close to the Doctor's office, supermarket, and barber shop, everything is one minute away. Also, there is free Wi-Fi, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable—great Breakfast and Dinner. Trip to go on a cruise
We stayed at the Radisson 2000 the night before we departed on a cruise. The hotel is close to the cruise ship terminal. They provided free transportation of our luggage and a shuttle to the terminal. The restaurant had delicious dinner and breakfast. The room was wonderful and comfortable.

Very good service from the front desk agent but we were offered and paid for a buffet for both nights and the 2nd night the buffet was only 3 different plates and 2 desserts. Some staff members provided really good customer service but some just did what they were told to do. A little customer service training would be good for the great people of Colon.

I have stayed at this property several times both alone for business and with my family for vacation. The staff go above and beyond to to meet our requests and are always so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable and safe. The food at the restaurant is wonderful as well as the service. The bar is a great place to have a drink, relax, and shoot a game of pool. The bar staff is some of the best I've ever met! They are located near shopping, dining,casino, and car rental.

Very close to water and to the Free Trade Zone (walking distance). The area is under a lot of construction so it's a drastic mix of old and new. Quite jarring to go from a decent shopping center to concertina (razor) wire crossing the street. It's the kind of area where the pictures look really nice, but if the photographer pans the camera in either direction, it's not so nice looking. Not unusual, but worth being aware. The staff at the hotel almost seemed disinterested in assisting (unless it's the drivers out front who stand to make tip money, then they are very interested in helping.) Odd things like chains around the door that goes into the casino next door, no type of breakfast included if you booked with expedia or that type of site, bathrooms with public style toilets with no lid, just a U seat. It's nicer than anything else I saw in Colon, but you really should be prepared that if you aren't comfortable in less than nice neighborhoods, you may be out of your comfort zone here (and it's one of the nicer areas of colon city that I saw).

From the beginning of checking into the hotel,where the senorita or Senora was very kind and cheerful. After a early morning flight,the time to check in was kept to the minimum. Later in the day,this Senor whose name was Javier Mendoza was helpful when I asked him some information about the hotel. Javier realized I spoke limited Spanish language so tried and succeeded in conversing in English. Surely you need more employees like Senor Javier. The dinner buffet at the hotel was satisfying like it always is. Surely I would stay again at the Radisson 2000 Colon.
