"Loved our time in this charming hilltop village! Easy drive to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic (but be careful of Google Maps which tried to take us on a more treacherous route). Massignano itself is quiet and beautiful during the day and comes alive at night. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and modern, although got a bit hot at night without A/C. Our family absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend!"

"We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The apparent was clean, cute and had everything for a relaxing week. The pool is nice to dip into if it’s too warm. Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. The only “negative” is that the internet is not that great...but hey...I read three books in a week so I’m not complaining!"

"Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und außerdem sehr geräumig. Man hatte ausreichend Platz mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Der Außenbereich ist groß und funktionell. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber viele schöne Aussichtspunkte und Strandabschnitte sind in nur wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Der Supermarkt und die Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke...

"Die Wohnung hält, was versprochen wurde. Sie ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso sorgfältig gepflegt wie das Grundstück und der Pool. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt , wir waren zufrieden."

"Wir sind ohne Auto (mit dem Zug nach Rom und dem Bus bis vor die Casa Casarica) angereist und wurden von Judith und Piero herzlichst empfangen. Die Lage ist traumhaft und von den Terrassen des Apartments sieht man den Gran Sasso,die Sibillinischen Berge und bei guter Sicht sogar die Majella. Das Anwesen wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet und das spürt man förmlich. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und wir wurden bestens umsorg. Judith hat uns sogar beim organisieren von gemieteten...

"Unser erster Urlaub in den Marken und direkt ein absoluter Volltreffer! Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel und ist in den zugehörigen Wein- und Olivenplantagen, welche zu einem abendlichen Spaziergang einladen, eingebettet. Die eigene Terrasse bieten einen tollen Blick über das malerische Tal Richtung Küste. Bei gutem Wetter ist sogar ein Teil der Adria zu sehen. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit sich auf der neben der Wohnung gelegenen Wiese auf Sonnenliegen unter Weinranken zu entspannen....

Da sottolineare la presenza dell'impianto di climatizzazione estivo (e invernale, nel caso) e il posto auto riservato davanti all'appartamento. Assenza di spazi esterni "da vivere" ma, personalmente, non ne farei un dramma... "Number 21 is a stunning authentic property that doesn't feel like a holiday let but instead someone's home. The gardens and pool are really well looked after and provide plenty of shade from the Italian sun. The vegetable patch which we were allowed to help ourselves to provided some of the tastiest and freshest food I've ever eaten. Tamsin is a wonderful friendly host without being obtrusive. My daughter has already asked when can we return! Thanks for a lovely holiday"

"Just across the road from the beach with many good places to eat nearby. A few supermarkets within walking distance. The staff all speak English and were very friendly and helpful. Some things could be improved such as better quality towels, wine glasses and better cooking utensils e.g grater, chopping board, sharper knives."

"The pool and outside area were lovely and well maintained, the interior of the house is all in working condition however the kitchen area, bathrooms and sofas were a bit dated could do with a refresh. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the sea and hills and v close to a sandy beach Porto San Giorgio and Fermo which we enjoyed visiting. Thanks to Fabio who was a very helpful host."

"Beautifully, stylish modern hotel in a beautiful Beach town. Services, breakfast were all most comforting. Hotel personnel are most gracious. My stay was in off season; the surroundings and accomodations were quiet. Excellent stay for rest and recuperation. "
