Find us at our NAX Apartment D by Liiiving, a space designed for those who enjoy life and like to stay connected to the pulse of the city. Located on Beco Passos Manuel, you’ll be just steps away from the main tourist attractions of Porto.  
  
You’ll have at your disposal a cosy and spacious apartment featuring two double bedrooms with balconies, one of which is an en-suite. It also includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect apartment for couples on holiday, professionals on business, or a weekend getaway in the north of Portugal.  
  
For added convenience, the apartment offers air conditioning, a dishwasher, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a cable box with channels.

Located on Beco Passos Manuel, you will have all services around you, including bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the most sought-after tourist attractions in Porto.  
  
Public transportation is easily accessible, with the impressive São Bento Metro and Train Station just 350 meters from the apartment, and the Trindade Metro Station, offering direct access to Sá Carneiro Airport, located a 10-minute walk away.  
  
Porto is a city of a thousand charms. We recommend a stroll down Santa Catarina Street, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores, and Ribeira. Crossing the Dom Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset at Jardim do Morro, with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the most beautiful city in Portugal, will be a magical experience, and you’ll be left breathless contemplating everything that the Invicta city has to offer.  
  
Bus number 500 is a great option to explore the riverside area of the city. The journey starts at São Bento Station and follows the Ribeira, Douro River waterfront, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find various fish dishes and typical products from northern Portugal.

Other Things to Note:  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.  
  
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.  
  
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require assistance from our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical assistance), the fee will be determined upon request.  
  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150\. Any excess will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant agrees to allow the host's team to enter the property whenever requested for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.  
  
We offer a transfer service that can take you to the apartment! Just make a request (price upon consultation).  
  
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast that can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).  
  
Important note: There are construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect the stay of our guests. As such, we operate with a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests' expectations are appropriately managed. Our mission is to ensure that \*\*Liiiving is easy!\*\*

#### Be prepared-very downtown

Down an sketchy looking alley they did not mention and next door to a Gay nightclub that is only open Friday and Saturday nights-all night On the upside very close to shops and restaurants
