Guests will enjoy a beautiful space with a garden, direct access to the condominium's shared pool, and a gym. All of this with views of the iconic Estádio do Dragão and its surroundings. The Space: The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living room, a balcony with direct access to the garden and pool, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. For your convenience, our apartment includes a doorman, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: You will be less than an 11-minute walk from the entrance of Estádio do Dragão and just 600 meters from the Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. You will also be close to one of the city's hidden gems, Parque de S. Roque, which features a romantic hedge maze. Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request). You also have access to an extensive public transportation network. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there is a fee of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of €150\. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
