Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon consultation). You also have access to an extensive public transportation network. Other Things to Note: Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). In case of losing the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150\. If these costs exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon consultation).
