And because we are committed to your comfort, the apartment includes central heating. You can also easily park in the building’s garage and access your floor by elevator. The Space: You will have at your disposal two bedrooms, one of them a suite, a fully equipped kitchen, a parking space, TV with cable channels, and Wi-Fi. The living room features a small balcony. Central heating is available in all rooms, and there is one bathroom. Want to get to know us? Book now! Because Liiiving is easy! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: The Rotunda da Boavista, a green oasis in the heart of the city, is a meeting point for many streets in Porto. Located near Casa da Música and the Serralves Foundation, the Praça Mouzinho de Albuquerque is known for the Monument to the Heroes of the Peninsular War, created by sculptor Alves de Sousa and architect Marques da Silva. Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request). You also have access to an extensive network of public transportation. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses amounting to €190\. If the amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered every morning to your apartment, upon request (price upon request). L'appartement est très bien conçu dans un bel immeuble sécurisé, parfait pour 2 couples (2 salle de bain-wc). il est bien situé dans Porto, proche de nombreuses lignes de bus ainsi que des bus touristiques. Un supermarché ainsi qu'une boulangerie sont à quelques mètres. Que demander de mieux! Bref je recommande cette location, n'hésitez surtout pas !
