Getting Around: You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request). There is also a wide public transportation network available for your convenience. Other Things to Note: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be applied after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. If you check out after the scheduled time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits for inspection purposes. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the excess.
