Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
