It's the perfect place for couples on vacation, friends, business professionals, or a weekend getaway in the Invicta city. You'll find art and culture, architecture and crafts, gastronomy, and much more. The Space: You will find a harmonious apartment divided into two areas: In the living area, you'll have a cozy living room with dining space, an equipped kitchen, and a balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The bedroom is a double room with storage space, and there's a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. For your convenience, our apartment offers a sofa bed for one person, air conditioning, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. Guest Access: The guest has access to the entire apartment! The Neighborhood: Located on Rua 31 de Janeiro, just a few meters from Portugal's most iconic train station: São Bento Station, you'll find the best tourist attractions around you. The Church of Santo Ildefonso and the start of Rua de Santa Catarina are just 190 meters away from the apartment, while the traditional Rua das Flores is only 400 meters away. A few minutes' walk will take you to Ribeira, one of the oldest areas of the city, where you can enjoy the view of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge. We recommend crossing the bridge to reach the Gaia Wharf and taste the famous Port Wine at Casa Ferreirinha or visit the WOW Multi Experience Center. The Ferreira Borges Market, Stock Exchange Palace, Avenida dos Aliados, Clérigos Tower, Galerias de Paris, and Rua de Santa Catarina are all within walking distance of the apartment. The best public transport option would be São Bento Train or Metro Station, located about 300 meters away, along with several bus options near the apartment. A great tip is to take the number 500 bus, which departs from São Bento Station and follows the entire path along the Douro River, Foz, beaches, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find regional products and fresh fish from the city. On Rua de Santa Catarina, you'll have access to the Santa Catarina Shopping Mall, Supermarkets, Handicraft and Jewelry Shops, Cafés, and Restaurants. There is also a wide range of public transportation available for you. Other Things to Note: The key collection takes place at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the official check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a cost of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – cost upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
