This notification aims to ensure that everyone is aware of this activity, allowing you to plan your activities and rest accordingly. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. Size of the apartment was OVERSTATED. Square foot must include the terrace space only accessible through one of the bedrooms. Very tight quarters. What was UNDERSTATED was the noise from the neighboring club. Unfortunately we stayed on a weekend….didn’t get much sleep as club shares a wall with the apartment. Was auf jeden Fall erwähnt werden muss, dass sich das Haus neben einem Nachtclub befindet, wo es Freitag und Samstag zu Lärmbelästigung kommt.
