We are located in the heart of Porto! All major tourist attractions are just a short walk away, so a car is not necessary! With all amenities and fully furnished, it is ideal for everyone! The neighborhood is full of life both day and night! The Space: Located on one of the most central streets of Downtown, you will find the Historic Clérigos Apartment. A duplex, fully renovated, modern and airy. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette with a dining table, and a splendid garden where you can enjoy your meals or even sunbathe. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: The Clérigos Historic Apartment is surrounded by a world of culture, gastronomy, and art. Places like the Lello Bookstore, the Clérigos Tower, and the famous Rua das Flores are just one block away. Great to have a washer/dryer on property to use. Bedding was clean and so was the bathroom and kitchen surfaces. But the floors were not! Carpet was not vacuumed in top floor room and the wood floors needed sweeping. The soundproof front door is excellent, couldn’t hear any street noise or the club across the street (which operates from 1 am to 6am). Unfortunately, the upstairs shower leaks into bathroom which has caused water damage. The water damage has warped the bathroom door which makes it difficult to even shut the door to that bathroom. Notified the property management and they said they will tend to this but that they have many properties they manage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per Email war sehr gut. Habe immer auf meine Fragen sehr schnell verbindliche Rückantworten erhalten. Das Apartment war sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist nahe gelegen und auch die Metro, Bus etc. alles in kurzer Reichweite. Die Verkehrsmittel funktionieren ausgezeichnet und es gibt in allen Restaurants kostenloses WiFi. Am Abreisetag konnten wir beim Vermieter das Gepäck deponieren (5€ pro kleinem Rollkoffer). Sehr guter Service für Urlauber. All in all, ein super Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür! ##### Anja R.
