The Space: For your comfort, you will have a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, cable channels, and WiFi, and a full bathroom. The terrace has a wonderful vibe with small touches of primary colors and lush plants; and a view of the Clérigos peeking around the corner of the wall! Want to meet with us? Book now! Because Liiiving is easy! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment. The Neighborhood: Located in the main area of the city, next to the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello (bookstore), and just 3 minutes from Aliados and the São Bento metro station, you’ll be right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the important places you want to visit. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
