For your convenience, our apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and dryer, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Book now! Because Liiiving is Easy!!! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment! The Neighborhood: Rua Duque de Palmela in Porto is a lively place where history meets modernity. Flanked by cobbled streets and historic buildings, this area offers a rich mix of culture, gastronomy and entertainment. Explore the charms of Jardim de São Lázaro, a green haven in the heart of the city. This tranquil space offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls or outdoor picnics. With easy access to points of interest such as Avenida dos Aliados and the River Douro, the surroundings of Rua Duque de Palmela are the ideal setting for a dynamic and exciting life in Porto. The quickest form of public transportation is the Metro Campo 24 de Agosto, which is an 8-minute walk from the apartment. We'd love to welcome you. Other Things to Note: In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment!
