Summer House is a vacation home for rent in Porto Cesareo. Located in front of the sea, in the locality Scala di Furno, it is 100 meters walk from the most beautiful beaches and the most famous lidos of the most popular seaside resort in Salento.
The house with equipped outdoor spaces is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, barbecue and outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

The vacation house has a veranda, partly shaded, equipped for outdoor dining. From here you can also see the sea, with the beach and historic Torre Chianca just a short walk away.
The interior of Summer House is introduced by a modern living room with an open kitchen and single sofa bed. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and 1 shower room.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Air conditioning is in the rooms.

Summer House is located in Porto Cesareo, in the locality Scala di Furno where there are the most beautiful beaches and the most famous lidos, in the area of Torre Chianca. The beach is just 100 meters away and the house has direct access to the sea.
The center of Porto Cesareo, with all the most important services, is about 2 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 75 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
