The hotel is old and it’s not clean. All mobile is old and has no maintenance.

Room included breakfast which is pretty good but not great. There is a decent size grocery store within a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was safe during the day, Found one place to eat within walking distance, kind of an open air pub, it was ok. One coffee shop within distance which was good. I never did leave the hotel at night, but area seems fairly safe relatively speaking. Staff was very friendly and always had someone who could speak enough English. WiFi was available free and is a good Hi speed connection when available. 50% of the time it is rock solid and 50% of the time is touch and go. Has Both 220V and 110V outlets in the room. Easy to catch a taxi here, just go out front and wave at them when they go by. Overall it was ok, but I find a different place next time to Porto Alegre.

Good option for the price.
This hotel is right on the bus line which offer easy access to all the interesting places in the city. To get to the hotel from the airport, I recommend you take a taxi right outside the airport, but not contract on at the desk inside. This way you spend about 10 fewer reales (about $5 less). Therefore you can expect to pay between 21 and 31 reales to get there.

Precisa reforma e algumas melhorias.
Foi boa, entretanto, as condições dos quartos, em especial dos banheiros, exigem uma reforma urgente. O pior foi o aspecto das toalhas e lençóis, velhos, surrados e com aparência de sujos.

Precisam melhorar
Café da manhã bom m, quartos antigos e corredores precisando de reforma. Localização muito boa, mas o hotel precisa passar por reforma interior. Os quartos tem frigobar, mas estão sempre vazios, então por que ter frigobar no quarto ?? Outro dia pedi na recepção do hotel um abridor de vinh, e para a minha surpresa o hotel NÃO tem abridor de vinho (rsrsrsrs) incrível isso.

O hotel está sendo atualizado de um modo geral, mas, o banheiro é muito pequeno e inclusive as portas do banheiro da recepção são mal dimensionadas. E as cobertas são muito antigas. Sugiro atualizações

O hotel é muito limpo. Surpreende nesse sentido. Atendimento muito cordial. Nosso quarto, na esquina, era bem barulhento devido ao movimento na rua. Mas faz parte, pela localização.
