Very nice hotel- I really like how luxurious it looks and it really felt like 5 stars. The staff are all very nice - no one made me feel out of place. Across hotel are premium brands for shopping like LV, Chanel , YSL and Gucci. I felt safe. The Urban Farmer serves delicious food. We also tried the Departure restaurant. If I would go back to Portland, I will definitely stay in there again. 5 stars.

My husband and I stayed at The Nines for two nights. Everything was so satisfying: room was clean, bed was comfortable and the food was tasty. If I need to go to Portland again, I will definitely choose The Nines. Highly recommended.

We had a bad experience initially with reception desk employee and stayed more than 2 hours to check in as the allocated us very rotten smelling room and it was different from what we reserved, and during the whole stay, the whole customer service team was rude and the charged us double what we should pay in advance

I always enjoy my time at the Nines. If you haven't stayed here, you have to check it out! It's in the Center of shopping and restaurants with a ton of amenities in the hotel. This is a great location, and the staff is amazing! Hats off to you Nines hotel!

Door card key wouldn't open our room. We were switched to a new room with an upgrade. The view from the new room was fantastic. We stayed two nights, but our room did not get serviced. Bedding was torn. Staff were fantastic. Patrick gave a great art and architecture tour. Did not feel safe around the hotel. Car window was smashed during our stay.

Let’s Go Again
Me and wife celebrated our 19th anniversary here and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously thanks to the staff and the overall experience. Days before arriving they answered all my emails and address a concern I had. The valet, front desk check in was seamless and quick. The front desk clerk I believe her name was Grace went above and beyond to make our anniversary a success. Made me look even better. She gave us an upgrade to a marvelous suite and provided champagne and strawberries in our room. That was definitely a hit.. Anyway the room was spacious and clean. It was a bit of a walk from the elevator to our room but not a big deal but worth mentioning. Everything nearby to eat and shop was in walking distance but if you get the complimentary electric bike rental do that. It made getting around so much better. To recap the Nines is a must stay and my first choice when I'm in Portland.
