As you checked in before our standard check-in time of 3:00 PM, we needed time to ensure a room was vacated, cleaned, and prepared to our high standards before accommodating you.We want to clarify that the delay was not due to your being from out of town, but rather a result of the room readiness. Comfy beds but place needs major renovations in every area from check in desk to elevators, hallways , guest rooms & especially the bathrooms. Scratched areas, awful hair dryers, shower heads. No microwave in room. Fridge not very cold. No USB ports. Location is very convenient due to family near by. Question if I will continue to stay at this Ramada in the future cause there is always something wrong!

The hotel was dirty, run down, and had bedbugs- hotel staff worked with Expedia to refund me. Logistics and pricing is why I original chose this hotel and I will never steer away from my go to Marriott again.

Rundown Ramada
The room was very hot and we had to keep our window open to keep it cool. On the hotel.com and advertises $10 extra for a dog but the Ramada charged us 25 and told us that was hotel.com‘s problem. The walls in the hallways were filthy, the breakfast was frozen eggs and sausage, there seem to be a lot of construction out back near the pool

The property was very conveniently located off the I-95, but it was an industrial area with road construction going on and frequent trucks passing by. The staff was very nice and my check-in went smoothly. I was a little unsettled when a police car pulled into the parking lot and the officer began searching around the outside of the property. Overall my experience was fine, it suited my purpose as a layover and not a destination.
