Wonderful staff, less than appealing conditions
First of all, I would like to say that the staff were among the best people to have help us. However, given the limited conditions and accommodations of the hotel, they only had so much to work with. We were woken up at 3:30 in the morning by the fire alarm which turned out to be a false alarm with no explanation. Everyone was very apologetic but given that it had woken a lot of us from a dead sleep and took a tad bit long to fully resolve, it would have been nice to have had that acknowledged with something other than "I'm sorry." Maybe a discount for the next stay or a coupon to one of the local restaurants for breakfast - something would have been nice.

Regarding the fire alarm, a false reading set the system off and the issue has since been resolved. Still, I am glad to read that our staff provided you with accommodating customer service. Your feedback is very important to us, so thank you for sharing. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.
