Did not meet expectations

Firstly, I must say that I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to business travel. 9 times out of 10 I am able to stay at a Hilton brand hotel for the same price i stayed here for.
That being said, here I go.
I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and checked into my room no problem. The issues started when I walked into the room I had been assigned and it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. Like, literally not cleaned at all. Sheets were on the ground, towels were in a heap on the bathroom floor, there were used bandaids on the nightstand. Nothing I would be staying in.
I went back to the desk and asked
To be reassigned, which was not a problem, but more f a complete hassle.
For the price I paid I expected the sheets to not feel like wool and the bathroom towels to not feel like they would tear off skin if I dried myself too hard.
I was sorely disappointed at the quality of this hotel, but the service itself was very good.
I will not be staying here again
