Clean; quiet; good value for the rate charged

Pros: Clean; quiet; good value. Lots of eating places etc in neighborhood
Cons: Staff were a bit inexperienced
Stayed Monday to Friday last week. No complaints at all. As long as you are not looking for a hotel with lots of amenities on site, this is a good place. I'd stay again if I'm back in the Beaverton area

This hotel was decent.

I don't have any terrible or wonderful things to say about this hotel. Though I was expecting more of a breakfast. Although, being an extended stay, you should know it's not going to have one.

Get your own towels/ clean your own room

Pros: location
Cons: Everything.......
Location: Tanasbourne mall.
For what you get, this hotel is over priced. You do not get housekeeping service unless you stay more than 3 nights. Nobody comes in to tidy or take out your garbage. You do not get towels unless you bring your used towels to the front desk for exchange. No blow dryer unless you ask the front desk. No dishes or cutlery or glasses unless you ask for it. The rooms are noisy you can hear every sound from people above you and the people below you complain that they you are making too much noise, especially when walking around the rooms.

good bang for the buck

Nice clean hotel for reasonable price. TV channel selection poor at best, but otherwise a good place to stay.

Wonderful staff, less than appealing conditions

Pros: I thought the kitchenette was very handy and that the people who worked there were very pleasant and helpful when needed. Plus the coffee was awesome.
Cons: More amenities would be nice.
First of all, I would like to say that the staff were among the best people to have help us. However, given the limited conditions and accommodations of the hotel, they only had so much to work with. We were woken up at 3:30 in the morning by the fire alarm which turned out to be a false alarm with no explanation. Everyone was very apologetic but given that it had woken a lot of us from a dead sleep and took a tad bit long to fully resolve, it would have been nice to have had that acknowledged with something other than "I'm sorry." Maybe a discount for the next stay or a coupon to one of the local restaurants for breakfast - something would have been nice.

Will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

The bed was so hard, it literally felt like sleeping on the floor. Nobody had emptied the Trash Room trash which was right across the hall that the smell became very irritating by the end of the week. By Friday the WiFi had still not been repaired due to the power outage that occurred on Tuesday. There is a kitchenette but it seems you must provide your own cookware and utensils. If I had known that, I would have stayed at another Hotel that would have been more comfortable and accommodating. It appears the management is trying to save on cleaning staff since the elevator, stairwell, and hallways have not seen a vacuum cleaner it quite some time.

FAIR HOTEL

ポートランド郊外ではアベレージの宿泊費。  普段はビーバートン寄りのQuality Inn の方が安いレートが出ているが、今回は同じなのでお試し。 近隣に遅くまでやっているレストラン(Applebee)が有り、夜遅くまで仕事をして到着の場合助かる。 エリアが西に向かって発展しており、道路、建物が新しく治安も良さそう。
