First time at Extended Stay
Ended up here because other choices were booked. First stay at Extended Stay, and we were not very happy. Staff was pleasant, but really overworked. As near as I could tell, there was only one desk person on duty at a time. She ran everything, delivered pillows, etc. Can you believe that a hotel of this size has only ONE luggage cart! Room was large, but cheaply furnished. No coffee service, nothing, just two plastic glasses!
