Convenient location for my needs.

Pros: Near main highway and convenient to restaurants and mall.
Location: Shopping mall near. Lots of eateries nearby.
Staff was extremely helpful. Very few amminities. Weekly rooom service.

Avoid at all costs.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
The room smelled horrible. The sheets/bedding weren't clean. I got stuck in the elevator. Yes, it broke while I was in it. Front desk didn't seem fazed. There was a vicious dog on our floor that barked, snarled and lunged at us as we were leaving our room. The owners apologized and said they'd been there a month. The front desk had no idea who they were. And the cockroach running across the table was the final straw. We checked out early.

Wouldn't recommend to someone I don't like.

Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: Bulldoze it and start over.
Oh boy, where to start? With the mean junkyard dog that lunged, snarled and barked at my elderly mother and me? Twice, by the way. The front desk said they had no idea who the dog was. The owner told me they had been there for a month and the dog was out of sorts staying in a hotel. Maybe I could talk about getting stuck in the elevator. When I told the front desk, she looked at me blankly. Like I was speaking Cantonese. Maybe I should talk about the roach we found crawling over the little table in the poorly appointed room. Or the fact that if you want a hairdryer, you have to go to the front desk to get it. The fully stocked kitchen is by request...they'll hand you a big tupperware full of random kitchen supplies. My favorite part was the olfactory experience of the room. I'm guessing that whoever stayed there before us had extreme body odor as it was still very much present in the room when we got there. It permeated the sheets, floors, wall paint and towels. (Don't have time to get into the musty scent of the bathroom.) Even a request to have all bedding completely changed out didn't help. We had to leave early and find a new hotel. But make your own judgement call. If your nose doesn't work, you love insects and fierce dogs, this is your place.

Good value

Booked this place last minute. Was impressed because it was a nice room at a really good price compared to the other hotels in the area. If you are looking for a place to just sleep in and don't need a full breakfast or some sort of fancy sheets on the bed then this should work for you just fine.

Nice room with minimum facilities

Pros: Location (close to our family) and cleanliness.
Cons: Breakfast, for sure. OR don't offer it at all. At least provide glasses for water and other basic amenities.
The room is very comfortable but though it has a kitchenette, there are no utensils or plates etc. No glasses even for drinking water! Had to ask for soaps & shampoo to bathe! Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Plan to have breakfast somewhere else. Coffee is available but that's it.

Extended Stay America as a company changed the dish policy 2 years ago. All of our dishware is available upon request at arrival. I am happy that you enjoy our location and find it very clean. Clean; quiet; good value for the rate charged

Pros: Clean; quiet; good value. Lots of eating places etc in neighborhood
Cons: Staff were a bit inexperienced
Stayed Monday to Friday last week. No complaints at all. As long as you are not looking for a hotel with lots of amenities on site, this is a good place. I'd stay again if I'm back in the Beaverton area

Okay for a residential stay

Lovely staff, who accomodated us well. No daily cleaning or changing of linens and towels, which is why I gave lower than 4 overall rating. Needs a bit of inner beauty to rooms.

I don't have any terrible or wonderful things to say about this hotel. Though I was expecting more of a breakfast. Although, being an extended stay, you should know it's not going to have one.

Get your own towels/ clean your own room

Pros: location
Cons: Everything.......
Location: Tanasbourne mall.
For what you get, this hotel is over priced. You do not get housekeeping service unless you stay more than 3 nights. Nobody comes in to tidy or take out your garbage. You do not get towels unless you bring your used towels to the front desk for exchange. No blow dryer unless you ask the front desk. No dishes or cutlery or glasses unless you ask for it. The rooms are noisy you can hear every sound from people above you and the people below you complain that they you are making too much noise, especially when walking around the rooms.
