"I didn't really understand the knowledge of their staff when it comes to charge a deposit and I am wondering how doesn't take along to release the deposit money while once you have checked out, the workers should be able to report with in 6 hours or less but the deposit has been on hold almost three days. Cleaning it wasn't very super, just average!"

"Pretty decent breakfast with alternating choices. Waffles, bread, and mini muffins. One day was sausage biscuits, then next, biscuits and gravy. There earlier you get there, the fresher the biscuits. Only con for me was no microwave in the room. But 2 available in the lobby. "

"After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do anything because we booked with Expedia. They even had a board up that said "we promise to make it right ." Disappointed in stay and how it was handled. "

"Last minute, Easter weekend stay - PERFECT for families, especially young ones! Our room was clean, parking was adequate. The staff was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, connecting with my kids and just overall friendly despite being incredibly busy. The 5:30 kickback was the perfect cap to a travel day with lots of options for kids and adults. And the breakfast - the best way to start our morning. Drury Inn and Suites are always our go-to stays but this location specifically was OFF THE CHAIN. 100/10"

"The property is lovely, so many wonderful places to eat. The staff is amazing. If you do visit be sure to see Cousin Debbie at the concierge desk she's terrific and knows just what you need to do to make your trip spectacular!"

"Yes, the breakfast was hot and fresh. The only thing that I could see being a negative for someone else, but it does not personally pertain to me, is the fact the elevator was out of service and the hot tub has been out of service for the last few months that I had been staying there. Again, not an issue for me, but it may be for someone else."
