Very helpful staff, early checkin was possible and the room was amazing in that it was quirky and different but also a high standard, comfortable and clean.
Filtered water was on every floor, well kitted out gym although we didn't get chance to use it.
Breakfast was fantastic, quick service and the bar staff where very helpful
The hotel is located very central in Manchester so super convenient for anything, there was a little noise from ironically the hotel outside bar in the afternoon but that was turned off around 10 and then it was very peaceful.

Externally impressive and nice grounds. Rooms were dirty and dusty. We stayed in Chatsworth and the wardrobe and side tables were very dusty, plus all the doors and doorframes needed a solid clean.
Found a pair of sunglasses and some other kit underneath the bed from previous occupants. A thorough room clean plus wiping down the walls of curious stains would be good.
Bar area - tables need a thorough clean - they are streaky and sticky with cleaning fluid. A pint is £7.50 and it is not lined with gold.
Breakfast is served via hot plates and staff are slow to restock the food served so if you want a full English it may take a while.
Wouldn’t return here. Nice on the outside but needs a serious deep clean.

"Customer service in the restaurant was amazing lots of different selections off food to choose from. Spa was lovely shame robes weren’t available In the room though. £1 coin needed for the lockers which I hadn’t realised. The rooms are very clean the bed was so comfy great nights sleep"
