Was our 3rd or 4th time staying.
Car park good. Area around is lovely. Reception area is really nice. Room is clean, large.
Bar food was good. Staff were good.
Breakfast was okay - staff there were lovely.
Pool, changing rooms are nice but steam room not working which was a shame.
Welcome arrival from reception always seems lukewarm.

Clean room, lovely bar, nice range of drinks. Nice sunday dinner, great atmosphere, log fire bar.
Breakfast was the usual cereals etc, bacon, toast, sausage was Richmond (not my preferred). Nice fresh croissants and goot drink selection
I have stayed before and will stay again due to price, location, lovely romantic stay

Rooms require some repainting and stairwell is very dull and dark with most windows needing repair and repainting. The cocktails were fantastic though. As the restaurant closes early it would be nice to have cheese and biscuits available in the bar area in the evening

We booked room with balcony and hot tub. Room was excellent, spacious with tea/coffee facilities and bathrobes/slippers, We made use of the hot tub which was great. Staff very friendly. Breakfast choice and food great Would highly recommend this hotel.
