Located just steps away from Praia da Rocha beach. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, providing accommodation for up to 4 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The unit also has 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. Moreover, the apartment features air conditioning, central heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi internet and cable TV, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. There is also a private balcony to relax. The amenities of the complex include 2 shared swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, and 1 tennis court. The property has 1 private parking space in the garage. The location is ideal, with easy access to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shops and popular tourist attractions, such as Zoomarine and Slide & Splash. Faro international airport is just 65 km away. It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
