The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The unit also has 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. Moreover, the apartment features air conditioning, central heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi internet and cable TV, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. There is also a private balcony to relax. The amenities of the complex include 2 shared swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, and 1 tennis court. The property has 1 private parking space in the garage. The location is ideal, with easy access to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shops and popular tourist attractions, such as Zoomarine and Slide & Splash.
