One of the main highlights is the private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing at sunset, or simply appreciating the city or surrounding area view.  
  
It is located in a quiet area, with easy access to transportation, local commerce, and main tourist attractions — ideal for those seeking a practical, welcoming stay with a special outdoor touch.  
  
Important note: access to the apartment is via a very steep staircase, so we do not recommend this accommodation for people with reduced mobility or locomotion difficulties.  
  
All bed linens and towels are provided, as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper.  
  
The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond with your expected arrival time. Check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm.  
  
At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that when checking out, you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
