At first it was confusing with their parking system but once you got the code, all is fine. The breakfast coffee machine seems like running out of milk quiet often so had to wait for the refill

The property was close to the beach and restaurants. It has an excellent breakfast. The area that could use improvement is around the pool area. The enclosure needs to be replaced.

Good hôtel, nice staff, nothing special with the room, clean, slightly small but it does the job. Slightly difficult to figure out how to get into the street of the hotel as it’s closed for normal traffic and you seem to need a code to access. We were lucky a local delivery van opened it for us.

Staff are super nice and helpful. We arrived early because of morning flight. One Front desk girl was helping us to check in early than 3:00 pm. We really appreciate it and thank you very much for your kindness and support. We had some sleep and did our 4:30 pm boat tour. Otherwise we couldn’t do anything without sleeping couple hours because of earlier check in. 😊🙏❤️

Great location for the beach & strip (for restaurants & bars). Hotel itself was very clean with friendly staff. Good restaurant with great breakfast buffet. Room itself was a little dated looking but plenty of wardrobe space, good shower & very comfortable bed with excellent thread count sheets. No sounds from other rooms (we were on the 5th floor). Got an Uber from the airport & private transfer back. All very easy. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff are AMAZING. They are so accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to beaches and shopping/restaurants. It was nice to go for evening walks down the strip behind the hotel. The food was quite good (breakfast was amazing) and lots of choices for the evening buffet

A great hotel
The hotel is very well located, easy to go to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We stayed for 8 days and loved it. The hotel has the best buffet breakfast we’ve ever had and we have stayed in many many hotels.

Check-in was really good but my only suggestion would be for the hotel to inform guests in how to find the main hotel entrance. We found that difficult due to restricted access while driving and we were not given a password to access the street where the hotel was located at. Otherwise great!!

Lovely, clean hotel! All staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. The food was absolute stunning, cooked very well with a wide variety of choice. Lots of shops nearby. Right by the beach. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I drove in from Lisbon, parking is available at the hotel for a fee, but you do need to request a spot as it was full when we arrived. Which was ok, we were able to park for free down the street which was a 3 min walk down. The hotel is on a busy area where all restaurants and shops are,for the picking. The hotel has a big pool, but we didn’t use it as we just walked down to Praia da Rocha which was a massive beach. Our breakfast was included, this was a buffet style, lots of assortment of foods. The staff were all amazing and very welcoming!

Lovely hotel, very good location. The staff were friendly and helpful and were always ready to provide help and information when asked. Our room was spotlessly clean and our maid was lovely (even taught us a few words of Portuguese). It was a great, safe place to stay for a relaxing holiday and is suitable for families, or like us, a couple.

This is a lovely hotel. Entertainment every night and great night life just outside the hotel with shopping, great places to eat and the sandy beach.

Such a great hotel. Probably the best location on the beach. So close to the beach entrance. Property is very clean and staff is friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return back to the Algarve.

The hotel was nice, clean and in a spot that was walking distance to Praia do Roche beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. However, the hotel had live music every night on their pool deck until midnight. I had an ocean view room with a balcony, the music was so loud even my ear plugs did not block out the music. For those who want quiet, this hotel is not for you. The nightly noise made my stay not so nice. Suggestion would be for the hotel to have the music in their bar area, which is big enough and would not disturb guests every night!

Well situated for the beach and restaurants. Half board option good value as food was very good and local wine and beer or soft drinks included. Only downside was there was a hip-hop festival on whilst we were there, which was not really our thing, next time we book we will check the timings!

Avoid completely!
Staff are unfriendly, strict and unhelpful. They’re not flexible with bookings, no guest allowed even to use the toilet quickly, stuff was stolen from my room during cleaning when I was having breakfast, no digital safe in room, the one available requires a safe and yet more deposit on top of a €250 they ask you initially when checking in which was not mention when booking. Never staying there again nor do I recommend it. Next door is a much better and friendly hotel, Hotel da Rocha I’d advise to go.

All was excellent, staff, cleanliness, efficiency, pool area great and handy to the lovely beach. It was convenient to shops, beach and near to Alvor and Portimaio. All in all a great holiday and lovely hotel.
