Partial sea view and only 40 m from the beach sand. Property composed of: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobe, living room with double sofa bed and air conditioning (cold and hot) throughout the apartment, equipped kitchenette. Room with balcony - Partial sea view. Closed balcony with office desk and chair with views over the Arade River. Internet Wi-Fi and TV (NOS ultra-fast system). It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. Le canapé dans le salon nest pas adapté pour dormir ! Mes enfants y ont dormi pendant une semaine c’était assez inconfortable.
