Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (35 m²) is ideal for 3 people. The apartment is located on the underground floor. The configuration of apartments is as follows: a living room with a full-size bed and sofa -bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube and Netflix it’s free for our guests), a dining table that can also be used as a workplace, a bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a water kettle, a coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is also equipped with modern crockery and kitchen utensils. A modern kitchen island creates additional convenience and comfort in the kitchen. For the convenience of our guests, the apartment has a modern washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing facilities. Our apartment is equipped with the air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating.
