One-bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, just a step away from the beach, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, only 150 metres from the beach.



Property consisting of: bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, living room with NIDO bed, bathroom with shower tray, cable TV (NOS FIBRE) and WI-FI, Air Conditioning (Cold and Hot), balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holidays.



At a short distance from the apartment, there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. (beach area).



It is PROHIBITED the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.



NOTE: Only 4 people are permitted (including adults, children, and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.



- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use. Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
