Property consisting of: bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, living room with NIDO bed, bathroom with shower tray, cable TV (NOS FIBRE) and WI-FI, Air Conditioning (Cold and Hot), balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holidays. At a short distance from the apartment, there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. (beach area). It is PROHIBITED the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation. NOTE: Only 4 people are permitted (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
