Lovely room with excellent facilities and views.
Pool was warm and beautifully maintained.
Breakfast was varied and delicious with plenty of hot drinks available and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
The hotel was pleasant and clean. As it was the end of the season most things in the resort had closed, no surprise, but as we had a few poor weather days and one horrendous weather day we thought that the hotel lacked indoor facilities.
There is a gym which is small but we were surprised that there was not any cleaning materials for the equipment between users.
The outdoor facilities and grounds are beautiful and very well tended with great views of the beach, harbour and sea.
We were on bed & breakfast board basis as we wanted to stroll and experience different restaurants which we did and found an adequate amount of wonderful places to dine.
The reception staff were very helpful as were the restaurant staff.
The apartment was lovely. Nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. It was clean and tidy and the cleaners came each day. The rest of the aparthotel had great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, pool table, small gym, sauna and restaurant with good priced food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and informative and spent time going through a local map with us, explaining where the best restaurants were. The location is perfect if you want to be near to the town but not in the thick of it.
We chose this hotel because it was on the beach, views were great. We enjoyed our stay and would go back. Beds could be more comfortable, cleaning appeared to be only the bathroom and beds were tidied.
"Hotel more like a motel with 2 great golf courses "
Hotel room great, golf courses amazing, restaurant dissapointing didn't expect a self service buffet with no atmosphere.
A little remote but very pretty, needs a gym and proper restaurant. Reception and bar soleless.
Wonderful experience. Our stay in the hotel was superb- the room was clean comfortable and spacious. The staff were wonderful- attentive, happy and indulgent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic- anything for anybody. The evening dinners were so good we didn't bother to eat out during the week. First class.
A port town, Portimao is known for its fish restaurants and shopping. The former cluster around the dock though its once-famous old-style eateries have been replaced by modern outlets. Boat trips also depart from the quayside. Portimao is the regional shopping centre, noted for leather, shoes and clothes, and its weekly market attracts large crowds. Close by, Praia da Rocha is a busy resort which boasts one of the Algarve’s most spectacular beaches.
