"What an incredible and magical place. We spent the most wonderful few days in this cottage. It's so quiet and peaceful and perfect for four people (also you could technically have another person sleeping there). You really feel like you're on the edge of the world and in wild nature. And the neighbours are so sweet, you really feel like you're a part of the community. The space itself is so cosy and lovely and the beds are so comfortable. The only thing is that we had trouble finding it but once we were there was amazing. We are so grateful and will be back."

"The cottage is well situated, close enough to the shops but away from busy roads, a short walk to the lovely Cot Valley. We found it very comfortable and well equipped for self catering. The welcome pack of milk, scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch.The information folder was thoughtfully put together and helpful.Tony the host was friendly and communicated with us well. He even, very kindly, gave us a lift back to Penzance station at the end of our stay.Would definitely stay there again. No plastic flowers!! Such a relief after other places we’ve stayed at. Nice selection of pictures of Cornwall on the walls. Quite a home from home!"

"It was made clear that the property was located down a narrow unmade track, but the condition of the track was terrible, with branches, bushes and worst of all, sharp brambles hanging over from the sides. This causes inevitable scratches down the sides of vehicles and was impossible to avoid. It would not take much effort for the host to cut back the undergrowth at regular intervals to avoid this issue. Otherwise the property was delightful."
