"Lounge chair under cushion was full of chip crumbs, shower/tub did not drain (good foot bath while showering), “toilet paper” was so thin, when I used it to blow my nose, I blew THROUGH the tissue - had to use MANY MANY layers to wipe. Actually asked concierge at Marriott (waterfront) for a roll of REAL toilet paper. Not bad for 250$/night "

"Filthy room, screaming and banging in the halls at 3 am , would not accommodate 30 minute late check out , pay the extra $40 and stay at one of the other clean hotels close by. "

"We booked a HarbourFRONT room versus a harbourview. Save your $ on the upgrade bc there are no Harbourfront views-it’s all city view with a view to the water which is harbourVIEW. WE EVEN ASKED AT FRONT DESK if we could change rooms to a better harbour view as in harbourFRONT room but told ours 383 was the best they could offer. "

"Excellent experience. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to hang out in their room, this in not your hotel but if you like to mingle, eat and have some drinks in the fun lobby, you’ve found your place. "

"Room 105, door is broken, doesn’t close right, it smells very musty, others in the hotel on the 1st floor was loud, after 1am , breakfast wasn’t cooked and pancakes came out like white bread shape circles..scrambled eggs were slimy..the ham was deli ham fried..we have stayed in this hotel many of years but this will be our last time staying in this hotel..sad the owner let it go down to a 1 star hotel.."
