You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. "The house is spacious and has plenty of room for 5-7 people. The master bedroom has pretty thin walls that do not keep noise out. Also, blinds do not cover the entire window, so sunlight comes into the room in the morning, and without a fan in the room, it can get warm.
