- smell of humidity as well as mold
- the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap

"We just came from a wonderfull stay at this paradise. The service was at it finest, and the location to. We were so lucky, that the staff (Susanna) upgraded our room to a supirior, because there were one free. The room was so beautifull - the combination of wood, stone and “farm” style has sat an impression of us. You really need to experience this place. Both the location, but very much the service indeed. Incredible breakfeast, haven’t got anyting near this standard for the money before....

"O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada.
