Tv didn’t work, hot tub jets or heat didn’t work. Stains all over furniture, no pool towels, didn’t give me any of my Wyndham points. Employee was pleasant but not able to help much. the building needs major updates as multiple leaks all over. Was once an nice hotel but decrepit now

We booked a room with a queen bed, and recieved 2 double beds so my spouse and i slept separately both nights. The first night was so unbearably hot neither of us could sleep, they eventually switched us the next day after multiple attempts of complaining. The pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was ice cold sometimes which was annoying. There was no information about how to reach the front desk, or that you have to order the complimentary breakfast at the front desk either....so that was inconvenient. Plus they are severely understaffed, and 2 people ran the entire hotel. And now I'm being charged an extra $200 after already paying close to $300 for a mediocre stay at best.

Easy parking. Room was ok. Only several points I wait to make. It was no cold water running in vanity! I found heir between sheets! Bathtub didn't have drpain plug. Breakfast was very poor.

We couldn't check in until an english speaking woman came to the desk. The room was awful. The microwave was filthy, the fridge was worse. There were food wrappers under the beds & beside the TV box. There were crumbs all over the desk chair. There was no internet. We tried calling - no answer. There was NO shower curtain!! We tried calling - no answer. We had to use a bed sheet in order to shower!! There were ladybugs. Why did we stay, you ask? The once good quality chain name drew us in, we booked through expedia, hence non refundable, and we were exhausted.

We booked a single queen accessible room and got a room with two double beds but its location near the entryway was good for my sore leg. We slept well, were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. Cheese slices or boiled eggs would be nice addition for a source of protein.

Not worth the low price! Staff were rude, room was filthy. Pillow smelled like cologne. Bugs and spiders in the room. Only two parties staying in the whole place and they put us right next door, listening to their TV all night. Breakfast is exactly one banana, one stale muffin each. When I saw the condition of the rooms I tried to decrease my nights there with over 48 hours notice and the rude hotel refused to refund the 3rd and 4th night. So I paid for 4nights and only stayed 1. No locks on exterior doors. Did not try the pool but I’m sure it was not clean.

When I pulled up to the Inn I honestly thought it was closed! The outdoor Basketball court was fenced off, but the fence was falling down, and the weeds inside were up to my chin! The sign was falling apart and the outside had only weeds planted. And only 1 other car in the parking lot.

A good budget hotel. My room was very clean. The room they gave me was an interior room, facing the pool. It was hot and stuffy. The second room they gave me was facing outside. It had a small air conditioner, as well as an opening window. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Before using Expedia, I called this property to see if any rooms were available (my company has a corporate rate) - I was told "no" so I searched Expedia in the area and it turned out that there were several rooms available here. Whatever. I check in, am asked to pay for the room with my credit card (doesn't Expedia collect the payment?) and after paying am told that there's no A/C. Fine. Settle into my room to work on our company's server, NOPE, internet doesn't work. Use my phone to check my credit card statement, and was billed by both Expedia and the hotel. Go to the front desk to request a refund for their billing, NOPE, they can't process it. What a joke. I'll be gosh-darned if I'm over-charged for this subpar establishment. I'll certainly never stay here again.

The toilet in my room didn’t flush properly and could always hear water running. The fridge didn’t work. The hot tub water was dirty. Front desk people’s customer service skills were terrible. Definitely not staying here again

They tried to say my card was declined after i had payed for the room. Wamted me to pay again.It said it had ac and it dosent. The front desk was rude unhelpful. Upstairs smelly musty. Missing power cords. Toilets running nonstop. I would never ever stay here again!

This place is old and dated. Falling apart furniture in the room. Our room smelled smokey - even though it was a non smoking room. There was not private WiFi - which we needed. Reception desk wasn't very welcoming. We wouldn't book here another time.
