The rooms are quiet and stylish, but small. The AC works sporadically; we had the temperature set to 21, but the room still got warm until the AC finally kicked on HOURS later. When I told the front desk, they said they control the temperatures. The WiFi is slow and randomly disconnects.
The staff are nice. A maid entered the room without knocking (after our room was already cleaned for the day) and saw my gf in her full glory about to get into the shower. I went to the front desk to tell them what happened; they apologized and said the best they could do to compensate is free access to the spa. The best part of our stay was the concierge, Bernie, who is friendly and helpful.
The parking garage is through a big wooden door that you need to press a button to open. It seems someone still needs to open it for you, as it would take a minute until the door finally opens.
The breakfasts are good, but you need to ask a waiter for coffee, which is a problem because they're inattentive and have an attitude as if I'm inconveniencing them by asking.
I would not stay here again.
