The service is absolutely top at the Grand Visconti Palace. We had lunch in their restaurant and it was really delicious, and they easily catered to my food allergy. The room was beautifully decorated, we appreciated the in-room coffee, and the beds were super comfortable. No complaints.

What a Palace!!!
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Right in heart of Milan. Only 5 minutes or so from City center. The staff, from the front desk, bellhops and Concierge were amazing. They made our family's stay wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when in Milan!!!

The hotel is 3 mins walking distance away from the subway which is good. The staff was not that good because when I told them I am a platinum VIP member on Expedia, they didn’t care about it and refused to give me any upgrades or benefits, which was not professional. Also the rooms were very small and dark and has some smell. Overall it is below the expectation with a little disappointment.

Great location
The hotel has a great location with easy access to convenient metro line. The staff and amenities are good too. Try not to get a room on the first floor facing the main thoroughfare. Very nosy even at night. Also, someone charged a breakfast to our hotel room that wasn’t us. Management deleted from our bill but still disconcerting

My family and I stayed in Italy for 9 days in different cities and this hotel was my favorite. The staff were amazing. Everybody cares. The manager(I believe) at the time I wish I got his name but went out of his way to make sure we were good and he took care of us. It felt like a luxury hotel experience. We had lunch at their restaurant while waiting for our rooms to be ready and the food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. The rooms give vintage vibe but in a beautiful way. The property itself was beautiful and they have a beautiful garden too. I appreciated my stay at this hotel so much

BED BUGS. We spent one night here and left early in the morning. Right when we got on the train I noticed that I had bed bug bites all on my legs. We contacted the property multiple times and have not received any response or have been passed from person to person. Bad service, not worth the money, slow and rude staff.

Good hotel, all rooms are smoke rooms you can smell it. Once you walk into the hall way smoke is all your gonna smell. Otherwise good hotel.

The hotel was a bit old and aged. But it was kept in good condition. The staff were nice and friendly in general. The room size was a bit small, but I guessed it was already considered decent in Europe. The buffet-style breakfast was good, and we were offered coffee right away when we sat down. We didn't try our dinner there. Generally speaking, we liked the hotel and will stay there again when we visit Milan next time.

Poor service and breakfast.
Overall Very bad service from the staff, specially at the breakfast. The bf selection was very poor for a 4 star hotel and they charged you for omelettes/pancakes/waffles/French toasts. For the room we paid 900 euros per night to get 2 interconnected rooms, they were not able to open it for the first 2 of the 4 nights we stayed at the property. Lastly, pool timings were from 3pm to 9pm only and charge was additional to use the pool even if you are staying at the property. Firstly, which hotel (4 star) even charges for pools and secondly opening hour is at 3pm which is a very odd time since people/tourists can mostly avail pool services in the morning. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was very clean, the lobby was clean with a nice big entrance. We stayed in the executive suite and the room was spacious, really high ceilings, giving it some of italy's architecture, room had a view overlooking the garden. I wish there were more restaurants in walking distance besides the bar across the street at night, room can use some modern updates, but overall good experience.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Grand Viscounti. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed using the facilities such as the pool, sauna and steam room. The only improvements needed in this area would be the door to be fixed on the steam room as it didnt close properly and the sauna to include ladel/water to make it hotter. Overall we had a relaxing stay and would return again.

In general its a great Hotel, and relatively affordable. However, the wifi doesn't work that well. Its not just that is slow, but sometimes if seems its a very old wifi system. The pool was one of the reasons we choose the hotel, however, its opening times are ridiculous: 3pm - 9.30pm. It should open for larger periods, particularly early morning and late evening.

We love the presidential suite, very spacious with elevator! The only flaw was that the jacuzzi jets were not working for both tubs. The location was far from Duomo and/or terminal. But taxis are quick to arrive and the staff very helpful. Thank you!

I think the property was amazing. Very clean very nice staff. It is a little inconvenient in terms of location. It’s about a mile and half to two miles from Brera and the Duomo. Can be a little challenging going back and fourth. Other than that very clean and nice. Felt very safe.

The rooms are quiet and stylish, but small. The AC works sporadically; we had the temperature set to 21, but the room still got warm until the AC finally kicked on HOURS later. When I told the front desk, they said they control the temperatures. The WiFi is slow and randomly disconnects. The staff are nice. A maid entered the room without knocking (after our room was already cleaned for the day) and saw my gf in her full glory about to get into the shower. I went to the front desk to tell them what happened; they apologized and said the best they could do to compensate is free access to the spa. The best part of our stay was the concierge, Bernie, who is friendly and helpful. The parking garage is through a big wooden door that you need to press a button to open. It seems someone still needs to open it for you, as it would take a minute until the door finally opens. The breakfasts are good, but you need to ask a waiter for coffee, which is a problem because they're inattentive and have an attitude as if I'm inconveniencing them by asking. I would not stay here again.
