Plenty of space for 2 families with kids! It was clean and welcoming. The condo was stocked with most needs, which was also a plus! Pool was great for kids- no super deep end. The walk to the beach was right across the road. The only negative is we wished there were blackout curtains in the front 2 bedrooms. Clean, nice amenities. Were only there 3 nights so not llong.Water leak one day on main condo line so that was a little inconvenient, but was only no water for couple hours. We were not real taken with the Mexico Beach area. No great restaurants, just food trucks. No big grocery, small one with few aisles. Doubt we'd return to that area, due to lack of community needs.
