Private Screened Pool Home On Cul-de-sac Just Minutes From The Gulf / Sleeps 7

Our beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath, vacation house has everything necessary to make special memories, including a fully equipped kitchen, private heated pool/spa, and an outdoor kitchen/grill with an ice maker to fill your coolers. You will need to provide propane if you use the grill. A washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the garage. There is one large HD TV equipped with cable in the large living room with a BluRay player and also another TV/DVD in the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king size sleep number bed with a TempurPedic top to help you get that extra rest needed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen sofa bed for additional guests in the living room and a single pull out chair bed to accommodate a total of 7 people. Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided so you can stay connected via your PC or smart device. The house is fully and beautifully furnished in a ‘beachy’ theme and comes with everything you need for a memorable vacation with your family. There is plenty of spacious comfortable living area both inside and outside. You can view our video of the home in the video section. The home is 1 mile from the beach where you can enjoy fabulous sunsets and 20 miles north of Clearwater. Great shopping and dining can be found close by. Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are nearby. The Tampa Airport is 35 minutes away. Disney and Sea World are approximately 95 minutes away. Very nice clean home!
There were many nice places to visit within 10 or so miles. Nice heated swimming pool. It was the nicest looking house in the cul-de-sac.

Overall the communications with Debbie and the cleanliness of the house were good. It had plenty of kitchen supplies and towels for a longer stay. The sleep number bed was a plus and was very comfy. The pool and outdoor ice maker were a great addition. The negatives we found with the house were more around the neighborhood. The neighbors were coming an going at all hours and properties around you were not well kept. It was not a good walking neighborhood for your pet and there was no where to walk them in your own yard. The ice maker and the dryer were extremely loud and the living furniture was well used and not comfy for a long term stay. Overall, still gave this a 4 since pictures of what you see of the house are accurate, but the other items bring the house down in my opinion.

We stayed for 12 nights and had family visist for part of the time. The house is very well stocked,confortable and open. Location is close to many businesses and easy to navigate. Communication was excellent. The area is great with alot to do.

Great place. Clean and charming
We live on the east coast of Florida, and we came across the state to visit friends. We stayed for five nights in this lovely home. The pictures are a true representation of the property. Everything was very clean and neat. The pool temperature was perfect for enjoying an evening swim. The location was close to cute little tiki bars on the water and we went out every night. Communication with Debbie prior to our arrival was excellent. Several homes on the street were being remodeled which was no bother to us, and I see it as a brighter future for this property. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this location in New Port Richey. Debbie, the host, was very easy to deal with. The property was very clean and the location was wonderful for what all I wanted to do in the area. The pool area is very nice and provides a secluded setting for relaxation. Debbie has added games for the family as well, which makes this residence ideal for singles or a family. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone needing a residence to stay at in the Pasco County, Florida area. Debbie is a fantastic host, and I plan to reserve this property again.

Great place
Wife, mother in law, nephew, and I stayed over a long weekend. Fit us just fine. The outdoor grill, patio, and pool area was fantastic. We also liked the large, open living room areas. There were lawn chairs and an umbrella we took with us to the beach on one day. We were also able to watch our Chiefs and Sporting KC games while visiting. The owner, Debbie, was easy to contact and timely with all correspondence. We definitely would stay here again and recommend for a family or small group.
