The home is clean and well furnished. The house is very large and plenty of space for even multiple families to enjoy. The pool was clean and awesome. There is a grill in the back as well as a lanai to keep the bugs out. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage was empty and ready to park your vehicle which is convenient and safe. The property is close to the beach and airport as well as shopping nearby for food and other items. Really liked the outdoor pool and screened porch. The outside patio area needed to be cleaned and there were a lot of small ants. The neighborhood was not great - majority of homes were not kept up very well. The price reflects the less desirable neighborhood. The exterior could use some better landscaping and upkeep in the yard. The dryer works but does not actually dry clothes. Overall, was a good value. ##### Becky D. No ventilation in either bathroom is yikes for us. The trash a tape flap is a bit sad to have to use and the garage was not working either though they did say they just heard about it. Lots of plates and kitchen stuff was available for use and the pool was perfect. Sadly the AC unit is very undersized for the home so the afternoons and evenings get a bit uncomfortable but luckily I brought my box fan. Would book again if they say they will fix these items. The house is very nice and comfortable. The lanai and pool were great. It was so peaceful and we loved watching the birds and the ducks. We decided not to get in. We had went down to pack up my mom's condo since it got flooded in the Helene hurricane. So we weren't there much. We left several days early since we had accomplished what we came down for. I would rent it again! ##### Diana J. The house was clean and the pool made for lots of fun for us all. The only reason I gave the location 4/5 stars is because it wasn’t as close to the beach as we thought it would be (best beach is Honeymoon Island Beach which is 30m-1h away depending on traffic). We forgot to take into account that 20 miles away in Florida means a much longer drive than 20 miles away in Michigan, much more traffic in FL! The agency that helps with the rentals always got back to us quickly with any questions too. Great stay in Port Richey! ##### Ashley W. Being uncomfortable inside due to the temperature made it difficult to sleep. The master shower had black bugs every morning and the refrigerator filter needs replacing ##### Crystal and S. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The 3 bedrooms worked out very well for are family. The lanai and pool were terrific! Location was great for visiting Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. They even provided coffee pods and creamer which was a wonderful touch. We highly recommend this house.
