When we arrived, there was an "open" sign on the door, but no one ever answered the door or the phone. I tried many times to reach them as well as Expedia tried several times. After a HUGE argument with Expedia we eventually were refunded.

I hate leaving bad reviews because I hate to see anyone’s job situation change negatively , but this place was pretty bad . Half the hotel looked condemned and had county mandated/ordered do not enter signs. The first night we checked in the front desk man was kind and helpful , but the next day the lady would not give us towels for for the four of us . ( wife , two kids and myself ) Telling us only two towels a room. Saying there was not enough towels and again, remember, this was with half the hotel closed down by the local government . Place felt like a drug dealing crack whore hotel at night . Felt a tad dangerous . No amemities of any kind , no hot water after midnight , place was just falling apart . I would say it’s close to Taco Bell and Walmart which was a plus. This hotel probably should not be allowed on this site . It was rather bad .
