This stylish property is only 200m from Horseshoe Bay and a short walk to the cafes, hotels, shops and the famous Port Elliot bakery of Port Elliot. The property includes: \- 2 levels \- 4 bedrooms (linen included for guests) \- 2 living areas with TVs \- fully equipped modern kitchen \- 2 bathrooms & toilets bath in the main bathroom \- Laundry and clothesline \- a secure backyard \- outdoor dining and BBQ area On the downstairs level \-Open plan living \- fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine \- courtyard with family sized bbq \- games room with table tennis table \- bedroom with queen sized bed \- shower and toilet \- laundry with washing machine and access to the clothesline. Upstairs \- second living area with tv and lounge \-bathroom with large shower and bath -seperate toilet and vanity \- 3 generous sized bedrooms 2 with queen sized beds and 1 with 2 sets of bunks. You will have access to the whole property Guest can contact us at anytime throughout their stay either by phone or message. Walking distance to the iconic Horseshoe Bay grab some fish and chips from the Flying Fish cafe and have a swim. Short walk to cafes, pubs and shops or treat yourself to the donut of the month at the Port Elliot Bakery. There is street parking at the front of the property a lot can be seen and done foot. Or jump on the cockle train to Victor Harbor Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
