Not properly maintained,they never upgrade or make any changes to the building ever since... building of the 90's.. please do something about the lightings,looks so gloomy.

Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Can be improved further. Reception staff are friendly as well as restaurant staff. There’s no wifi in the room despite being mentioned available on the website. No housekeeping available in the afternoon onwards.

I rented 2 units for the weekend, a studio and a 2-bedroom apartment, the studio was clean and tidy but the 2-bedroom apartment was a disappointment, the shower was not working, toilet was dirty with traces of leakage at the ceiling, disgusting! Furnitures were also very aged. Will never repeat.

1. The Breakfast Selection is'nt brilliant. I'd give that a minus score to be honest. 2. Internet is patchy and unreliable, some of the TV Channels do not work. 3. The property is looking a bit dated and is need of a refurb

Bayu Beach with a good swimming place
Lovely place to swim Beg Sept beach to ourselves. Pool kept in very good condition Good attitude at desk Remember this is 3 star so don’t be unreasonable and expect rooms to be like the Ritz. They tend not to have any sun beds on beach but a good old fashioned towel works fine. It seems to be a hotel for local families which is nice.

Bilik luas (2 tingkat with spiral staircases), toilet banyak, view cantik, kemas & bersih. Pihak hotel maybe boleh letakkan safety penghadang utk elak kanak2 bermain di tangga. Kebetulan masa menginap 1 unit lif rosak. Terpaksa berebut n tunggu lama utk guna 1 lagi lif, especially waktu check in, check out n petang2. Berjanggut tunggu. Last2 guna tangga sampai aras 6. Hotel ada public kolam renang yg sesuai utk kanak2 n pantai juga dekat. Petak parking tak banyak tp masih mencukupi utk guests.

Nice spot on the beach, and beach side is clean. However, the hotel really need to spend refurbish and upgrade with WIFI services....this is a hotel without WIFI that I ever encounter in my stay in this ages 😕

The beach was awesome but the poor service from the hotel. the reception staff was unpleasant. Cleanliness & facilities - out (air-condition not working and noisy) even after we called the maintenance it's still not working. The only good things about this hotel are:- 1. The beach - clean & not many people. 2. Easy access to highway 3. Easy to find food - Restaurant, stall & convenience shop and stall nearby

Old, old, old. The rooms and equipment, the facilities as the pool, the buildings - all in condition of the year of built. Nowhere modernization or upgrade. WiFi only in public areas. A little scary.

Sad to spend two night with my kids their
I was at the wrong hotel at the wrong time . I don’t like it at all. Swimming pool with people swimming with their clothes and head scarf , break fast buffet opened and food full with flies , it’s terrlble . We’re function of May Bank on our first day and it was Saturday . The bank partacepant have no consideration for other hotel gausts neither the hotel staff . The can not control the crowed

Location much better than other resort with good parking space and out of main traffic. The only bad is the room condition and cleanliness not up to 5star. Need improvement, and maybe minor renovation.
